We currently offer delivery in selected areas only.
Availability depends on PIN codes, local delivery partnerships, and stock.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on minimum order value (check offer).
• Nominal delivery fee below threshold, based on location & weight.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

• Dispatched from dark stores within 1 hours of order confirmation.
• Typical delivery: Same day.
• Delay info will be communicated.

4. Handling Perishables

• Packed with food-safe materials.
• Use refrigeration/storage as per product.

5. Tracking & Support

• Get updates on WhatsApp or call.
• If available, a tracking link will be shared.

6. Delivery Attempts

• 1–2 delivery attempts.
• Failed delivery due to wrong address/unavailability may lead to cancellation (perishable items are not refundable in this case).

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• Check your order upon delivery.
• Report damages/missing items within 24 hours with photo/video.
• No claims accepted after 24 hours.
